Urban Spirit began long before there was a bottle.
Liz and Pawel met at a Christmas party in 2016, bonding over a shared love of vodka. Years later, during lockdown, Pawel's curiosity about distilling turned that shared passion into an idea: what if they made their own?
The idea waited.
Then, on holiday in Morocco in 2024, they started talking about it again — only this time, they decided to actually do it.
What followed were months of planning, building a distillery, navigating licences and developing a vodka they were genuinely proud to put their names to.
On 19 June 2025, Urban Spirit Vodka officially launched.
What happened next is the story we're still writing.
