What is Urban Spirit Vodka made from? +
Urban Spirit Vodka is distilled from pure cane sugar, which gives it a naturally smooth finish with no harsh grain aftertaste. It's the same base across all our flavours — Signature, Cherry and Gingerbread.
Is Urban Spirit Vodka gluten-free? +
Yes. Because we distil from cane sugar rather than grain, Urban Spirit Vodka contains no gluten — making it a great choice for those with gluten sensitivities.
What ABV is Urban Spirit Vodka? +
All Urban Spirit Vodka expressions are bottled at 40% ABV — the classic strength for smooth, balanced drinking.
Has Urban Spirit won any awards? +
Yes — Urban Spirit Signature Vodka was awarded Silver at The Global Vodka Masters 2025, judged by The Spirits Business. It's independent recognition of the quality we put into every bottle.
Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take? +
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery typically arrives within 3 working days of dispatch. Order by 8pm for same-day processing.
Do you deliver across the UK? +
Yes — we deliver to all mainland UK addresses. If you're in Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or the Islands, please contact us and we'll arrange delivery.
What if my order arrives damaged? +
We take great care in packaging every order, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@urbanspiritvodka.co.uk with a photo and we'll sort it right away.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy? +
If your order arrives faulty or damaged, we'll replace it or issue a full refund — no questions asked. As alcohol, we're unable to accept returns of opened or undamaged bottles, but if something's wrong, we'll always make it right.
