Refund & Returns Policy – Urban Spirit Vodka

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted only for unopened bottles in their original packaging.

• We cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed bottles.

• Products must be returned within 14 days of contacting us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at enquiries@urbanspiritvodka.co.uk with photos of the package and product.
